Healthier Hash Browns
Ingredients:
- 4-5 potatoes shredded
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 med onion shredded
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt or to taste
- Chili powder
Soak shredded potatoes for 20-30 minutes in lemon juice. Drain potatoes and rinse well, add onions, olive oil, and sea salt.
Dehydrate 4-5 hours or until crispy but chewable.
Sprinkle with chili powder serve warm.
